What We Do

Analysis Design Solution (ADS) is a non-governmental organization that was established in October 2018. Since its establishment, ADS has successfully implemented numerous projects in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education, the Municipality of Ulaanbaatar, and several educational institutions. Our work has been funded by entities such as the World Bank, SDA, GIZ, JICA and the Government of the United States. Below is a summary of relevant assignments successfully completed.

    We carry out education, training, public awareness, and impact works based on information technology. Our main activities are.

    • Budget and financial transparency

    We have been working with the relevant organizations to make the budget information of all levels transparent, including the state budget of Mongolia, the budget of the capital city, and the budget submitted and approved at the sub-district level, and the performance of the budget. Within the scope of this work, a large amount of complex budget data was analyzed, content and information were processed in a way that was understandable to the citizens in accordance with relevant legal provisions, and delivered with an interesting design solution.

    Design

    We provide products and services that meet the requirements of customers in all forms including but not limited to print, dynamic, video, infographic, comic, and web-based using the latest and advanced technology and software. Our products are developed by a team of talented designers, artists, and analysts at a high level of design.

    Training and research

    WAt the aimag and local level, we conducted practical training on research methodology and strategic planning for local administration, educational managers of primary schools, and kindergarten teachers. When conducting the training, the content, methods, and materials of the training are adjusted according to the needs and requirements of the clients.

    Consulting services

    There were provided consulting services for the development of medium and long-term strategic plans and human resource development plans for the Polytechnic College of Construction. ADS also provides translation and editorial services.

  • Reviewed TVET systems and curricula(national, Russia, Australia) to inform Forestry Technician curriculum development
  • Developed gender-sensitive curriculum: 11 core & 3 specialized courses (Level V) and 5 subjects (Level VI) with key partner involvement, aligned with international best practices.
  • Prepared teaching materials & assessment tools, including exemplar learner guidebooks
    for one competency element and assessment tools for all Level V courses.
  • Trained teachers and in-company trainers; conducted employer survey to assess readiness for dual training at Khuvsgul Polytechnic College.
